The call of the Forest

In the forest, everything slows down.
The mind softens, the breath deepens and the body remembers its natural rhythm.

Forest Therapy is an invitation to step into stillness, to let Nature guide you back to balance, presence and aliveness.

🌿What is forest therapy?

Forest Therapy – also known as Shinrin Yoku or “forest bathing” – is a guided, mindful experience in nature that supports emotional and physical well-being.
It does not replace medical or psychological treatment, but it can beautifully complement healing processes by reducing stress, regulating the nervous system and improving overall health.

Each session is a journey into the senses: walking, breathing, listening and allowing the forest to become a mirror for your inner world.

Benefits commonly observed:

(Reference: Studies by the Japanese Society of Forest Medicine, Chiba University, and Stanford University confirm measurable physiological and psychological benefits from forest immersion.)

The science of Nature connection

Modern research shows that contact with natural environments activates the parasympathetic nervous system: the body’s “rest and restore” mode.

Phytoncides, essential oils released by trees, have been found to enhance immune cell function. Exposure to these compounds increases the activity of natural killer cells for up to seven days after a single walk in the forest.

Brain imaging studies reveal that time spent in green spaces reduces activity in the amygdala (the brain’s center of fear and stress) and promotes relaxation, focus and emotional regulation.

Simply being among trees can decrease cortisol levels by up to 15% and heart rate by up to 6%, according to multiple peer-reviewed studies.

These findings support what many intuitively feel: when we reconnect with the natural world, our system returns to coherence.

MY APPROACH –
Body, Voice & Sensual Awareness

My Forest Therapy sessions integrate the foundations of nature connection with the transformative tools of Sex Coaching and Voice Practices.

Breath, sound and subtle body awareness become bridges between the human and the natural.
During the walk or rest moments, we may explore gentle vocalisation, touch and somatic presence – always guided by consent and intention.

The forest becomes a living studio for emotional release and self-remembrance:
a place where body, voice and earth speak the same language.
